Refund policy and process
Overview
FoxSell Bundles Plus includes a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re within 60 days of being charged, you can request a refund—no questions asked.
Important: FoxSell is billed through Shopify, so the FoxSell charge appears as a line item on your Shopify invoice.
When we can initiate a refund
Because charges are invoiced by Shopify, we can only initiate your refund after the Shopify invoice that includes the FoxSell charge is paid.
If your invoice is still unpaid, we won’t be able to process the refund yet. Once it’s paid, contact us and we’ll proceed.
Request a refund
Check the date of the invoice that contains the FoxSell charge. If it’s within 60 days, you’re eligible for a refund.
Refunds can only be initiated after the invoice is paid. If needed, pay the invoice first.

Include your .myshopify.com domain and mention that your Shopify invoice is paid and you’re requesting a refund under the 60-day money-back guarantee.
Once your invoice is cleared and we have your request, we’ll initiate the refund within 24–48 hours.
To speed things up, include a screenshot of the Shopify invoice line item showing the FoxSell charge and that the invoice status is paid.
Frequently asked questions
FoxSell is billed via Shopify, so you’ll see it as an app-related line item on your Shopify invoice/bill.
No—requesting a refund is separate from canceling. If you also want to cancel your subscription, follow the Shopify uninstall flow:
Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels
Find FoxSell Bundles Plus
Click the … menu → Uninstall → confirm Uninstall
This matches Shopify’s billing model: uninstalling cancels the app subscription in Shopify.
Because Shopify controls invoicing for app charges. We can only initiate refunds after Shopify marks the invoice as paid.
