Yes—FoxSell Bundles Plus is compatible with most slide carts and cart drawers. However, because cart drawers can be implemented by your theme, a cart app, or custom code, the “after add to cart” experience can vary from store to store.

What happens by default

When a shopper clicks the FoxSell bundle Add to cart button (for example, from a Mix and Match bundle page), FoxSell may send the shopper to the Shopify cart page after the bundle items are added.

This cart-page redirect is a safe fallback because slide carts/cart drawers don’t follow a universal Shopify standard—each drawer can behave differently depending on your theme or other apps.

Why slide carts can be different

  • Theme-based drawers often rely on theme-specific JavaScript events.
  • Cart apps may replace Shopify’s default cart behavior entirely.
  • Custom-coded drawers may require store-specific hooks to open the drawer and refresh cart contents.

Keeping your slide cart experience (custom integration)
