How Do I Cancel My FoxSell Bundles Subscription?
Overview
FoxSell Bundles Plus is billed through Shopify. To cancel your subscription, you need to uninstall the app from your Shopify admin—your plan is automatically canceled when the uninstall completes.
No additional cancellation step inside FoxSell is required. Uninstalling the app is the cancellation method.
Uninstall (cancel) instructions
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
Locate FoxSell Bundles Plus in the list of installed apps.
Click the … (more actions) menu next to the app, then select Uninstall.
If Shopify asks, optionally choose a reason for uninstalling, then click Uninstall to confirm.
Open the Shopify mobile app and tap Settings.
Under Store settings, tap Apps and sales channels.
Find FoxSell Bundles Plus, tap the menu next to it, and select Uninstall.
If prompted, optionally select a reason, then tap Uninstall to confirm.
If you’re uninstalling because you’re troubleshooting, consider contacting support first—many setup issues can be fixed without canceling your subscription.
What happens after you uninstall?
The app stops running immediately because it’s no longer installed.
Volume Bundles: the Volume Bundle Widget app block/section will stop rendering on your storefront.
Fixed Bundles / Multi Variant Bundles / Mix & Match Bundles: bundle “container” products created in Shopify are typically archived, making them unavailable on your storefront.
Some Shopify resources created while the app was installed (for example, FoxSell-related metafields/metaobjects) may remain in your store after uninstall.
You can view metaobjects in Shopify admin → Content → Metaobjects.
Uninstalling FoxSell Bundles Plus cancels the app subscription in Shopify. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email [email protected] and include your .myshopify.com domain.
Yes. Because the app loses access immediately upon uninstall, you may need to temporarily reinstall so the team can run a cleanup. Request this via the in-app live chat widget (chat bubble) or email [email protected].
